The JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination - Main) is a national-level engineering entrance exam conducted in India. It serves as the gateway for admission to undergraduate engineering programs at prestigious institutions such as the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs). JEE Main is also the qualifying exam for candidates aiming to appear for the JEE Advanced, which is required for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

Exam Structure: The exam is conducted in both online (computer-based) and offline (pen-and-paper) modes, offering flexibility to candidates. Sections: It consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics based on the NCERT syllabus for classes 11 and 12. Scoring: The exam is scored out of 300 marks (100 marks per subject), with negative marking for incorrect answers.
