Full form of NOC is No Objection Certificate.
NOC is a legal certificate or a type of document issued by any institute, agency, organization or an individual. It is exist to say that they have no any objection for the information mentioned in document.
In India, this certificate is very important and required for the most government based departments.
Benefits of NOC
NOC is a legal document which shows that any agency, organization, person or any institute does not respond to the details provided in document.
It might be used for trade, employment, lawsuit, immigration and other similar purposes to invalidate the objection by the concerned party in the process.
In the law court, such document can be used against or for it.
NOC contains all the information of the parties involved in and it addressed those who concerned.
For Example,
Let’s understand with an example, if one person buying a vehicle which is registered in some other state, i.e. Maharashtra, and want to be use the vehicle in some different state, say in Gujarat. So, in this type of situation, the seller of vehicle must have a NOC from Regional Transportation Officer (RTO) of the state in which vehicle registered and it is also necessary for the buyer of the vehicle in Gujarat.
