Full form of MD
Full form of MD is Doctor of Medicine.
It is a three year of post graduate degree course which awarded in the field of medicine after completing MBBS.
After three years of training, MD is awarded for the subjects which are non surgical in nature. The candidates should obtain MBBS degree for applying this course because MD is a Post Graduation Degree. Doctors can easily find suitable jobs in private and public sectors both as well as in government sector also when they completed MD. Union Public Service Commission conducts the Combined Medical Services Exam for recruiting these doctors in various government organizations every year.

You are eligible for practice like, private and government hospitals, public health organization, etc. after completing MBBS and MD. In India, it is known as very respectful job.
