Full form of CBSE
CBSE stands for Central Board of Secondary Education.
CBSE is a national level education board in India for public and private schools which controlled and managed by Union Government of India.
History
The headquarter of CBSE is in New Delhi, India.
In India, The first education board was the Uttar Pradesh board of high school and Intermediate education, In 1921 under the authority of Rajputana, Gwalior and central India.
Government of India setup a joint board Rajputana, board of high school and Intermediate education, In 1929.

Examinations for CBSE
CBSE conducts final exams for 10th and 12th class every year
The Central Board of Secondary Education also conducts AIEEE exam every year
It also conducts All India Pre Medical Tests (AIPMT) Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) every year.
It also conducts the National Eligibility Test (NET) for the placements of professors at Universities or Colleges.
