Full form of PhD
Full form of PhD is Doctor of Philosophy.
Doctor of Philosophy is also known as Ph.D, D.Phill and DPhill in some countries. A Doctorate degree holders can use “DR.” in front of their name and considered as doctor.
PhD is recognized as a postgraduate academic degree which rewarded by higher education institutes and universities, based on chosen fields of students.
In general, PhD is the highest level degree as students can achieve with some exceptions. Basically PhD degree requires three to four years of study to complete for students.
